Introduction

As we enter 2025, the fractal ecosystem stands at a transformative moment. Through months of strategic dialogue and practical implementation, we've developed sophisticated tools for community coordination. Now, building on valuable insights from Tadas' analysis and broader ecosystem discussions detailed in the Growing Together article, we propose implementing Cagendas at Eden Fractal to create robust infrastructure for democratic topic selection and focused deliberation.

Enhancing Community Coordination through Eden Fractal Cagendas

This proposal to implement Cagendas at Eden Fractal aims to resolve current problems with fractal communities, provide a platform to catalyze the fractal ecosystem, and create foundational infrastructure for scaling fractal decision-making processes throughout society.

Eden Fractal Cagendas would operate similarly to our current implementation at Optimism Town Hall, where community members use their Respect tokens to vote on discussion topics. Community members who have earned Respect can propose topics related to the fractal ecosystem and the community members democratically determine priorities through Snapshot voting. By leveraging Eden Fractal's pioneering work with Cagendas over the past two years, practical experience at Optimism Town Hall, and our upcoming ORDAO deployment—we enable sophisticated coordination that supports both immediate ecosystem needs and longer-term strategic growth.
